With seven of us out it was disappointing that there were very few birds today, warblers were again mainly in the Paddock with seven Blackcaps, one Lesser Whitethroat, three Whitethroats, two Willow Warblers and 35 Chiffchaffs. Grounded elsewhere there were two Stonechats and a Wheatear.
Overhead moving SW were 40 Meadow Pipits and singles of Grey and Yellow Wagtails.
