A brisk NE wind again made for difficult viewing conditions. Only limited coverage of the area today with little of significant note. A single Spotted Flycatcher was at the Gun Emplacement, presumably one of yesterday's birds. Three Firecrests were seen including two migrants in the Farm Wood. Other birds included 36 Chiffchaffs, 24 Blackcaps and two Stonechats. A few Siskins, Swallows and Meadow Pipits were moving north.
