Wildlife sightings from the Bockhill area. We are a small group of East Kent birders who have been enjoying wildlife in the St. Margaret's Bay and Kingsdown area of the White Cliffs since October 1994. Here you will find a record of the fauna and flora of this region of Kent.

Less visible migration today with only 1276 Starlings, 87 Goldfinches, 26 Redpoll, 340 Wood Pigeons, 15 Alba Wagtails and 11 Rock Pipits. Around the area were far fewer thrushes only four Ring Ouzels, two Mistle Thrushes and two Fieldfares, our first for the autumn. Other birds included seven Buzzards moving W, one Wheatear, five Stonechats, 23 Chiffchaffs, 33 Goldcrests and five Bullfinches. (Brendan, Nigel, Phil, Jack)
